Last week was beautiful! The weather was in the 80's and I was getting anxious to get our garden going... or try to anyway. I guess this year will be a trial to see how it goes. The kids loved helping us pull weeds, dig in the dirt and plant! Andrew loved playing with the worms! He is obsessed with bugs. He squats down whenever he sees one and gets his head as close to it as he can to look at it and yells, "Bug! Bug!" Alexis yells "Gross!" and runs away!!
So far we have planted peas (lots of them!), 2 raspberry bushes and flowers! Next on the list is watermelon and bok choy!
