Tea Party

I love watching Alexis play.  She's learning how to pretend and it's so cute!  In one of her books we read before bed they are having a tea party and Alexis pretends to pick up the cup from the book and gives all of the animals on that page a drink.  Yesterday she had a tea party with her dolls.

Look at my this handsome boy!  I can't believe how big he's getting... so fast!!  He's wearing an outfit that Grandma and Grandpa got him.  It's size 6 months and was a little snug.  I couldn't even button the top two buttons because his neck is so big!  I think I'm going to buy 9 months clothes from now on!

10 weeks old and sleeping!!!

It's nap time and both kids are sleeping!!  That's very rare and usually I would be sleeping too if that happens except Andrew slept 9 hours straight last night, ate and went back to sleep for 3 more!  So, I actually slept and am not tired.  I can actually relax on the computer and enjoy a cup of coffee :)

Here's a picture from this morning with my cute kiddos!  The weather man said it was going to be in the 70's today so we got up and got ready to go out.  

We took a trip to Target but cut our adventures short because it was cold, windy and starting to rain! 

Yesterday we went to one of Albert's favorite restaurants that we haven't been to in a loooong time.  Alexis loved her egg drop soup!

Ready for the Bears game!

Happy boy!  (And mom too!)  because Andrew slept 8 hours straight last night-- woo hoo!!

Alexis loved playing outside today.  It was even too hot for a coat!  I didn't get a picture but she was pushing her shopping cart up and down the sidewalk picking up leaves and putting them in the basket.

BIG boy!!

Andrew turned 2 months old last Saturday!!  Here he is at his doctor's appointment this morning.  He's smiling all the time now and is soooo cute!  I knew he has gained weight but was surprised at how much he actually does weigh!

Weight:  13 lbs, 15.5 oz  ~~  91 percentile

Length:  23.5 inches  ~~  69 percentile

Whoa!!  What a big boy!  He's not sleeping through the night yet like Alexis was at this time but I'm hoping he does by the time I go back to work, which is less than 3 weeks away :(

He usually goes to bed between 8 and 9 and then wakes up between 2-3 and again at 6.  The best part is he falls right back to sleep after eating so I can't complain.  Plus he's so warm and cuddly... I usually rock him for 20 minutes before putting him back in his bed.

Blackberry Farm

It's almost mid-October and the weather still feels like Summer.... I am loving it!  We took a trip to Blackberry Farm yesterday.  Alexis had fun running around, riding the carousel, pumpkin train and painting a pumpkin!
