We celebrated Alexis's 5th birthday this week!
Grandma and Grandpa came up early in the week, Daddy was a mystery reader in her classroom on her birthday and Lolo, Lola, Auntie Kristine & Marin brought cake and presents for her!!
Alexis was so excited Daddy was a mystery reader again this year!
She came home from school to find balloons and presents waiting for her!
I think Andrew was just as excited :)
I had to work but I snuck home at lunch just in time to sing Happy Birthday!
Lolo and Lola brought the most appropriate cake.... it's definitely been the year of Frozen at our house!
The only thing from her Christmas list that she didn't get was Anna and Elsa skating dolls so she was super excited when she opened them from Grandma and Grandpa on her birthday!
Instead of a big party this year, we opted for a little surprise weekend getaway for the 4 of us. I helped her pack a little bag that included a swimsuit and I'm pretty sure she thinks we are going to Florida.... eeek! Hope she's not too disappointed!
